1969 Porche 911 blueprints
I have recently inherited a 1969 porche 911 from my grandfather and I have decided to rebuild it and put life back into it. But my restoration process has come to a halt since I found out that the chassis frame is damaged beyond repair. Unfortunately, there is too much rust on it. But I just want to request some information from you should you have it. I need the dimensions of the chassis for Porche 911 model of years 1964-1969. It would mean the world to me, if you can provide this information.

Which part is damaged beyond repair? There are many replacement panels available.

Nothing is damaged beyond repair! Specially a 69 with the rising prices of these early cars.

Here is a starting point (can be ordered from this manufacturer through pelican, hopefully someone else can post chassis measurements for you).

The factory dimension sheets are out there & I bet you could even find them posted in some threads here on Pelican w/some searching.
Restoration Design has some of them available on their website - just click the "Media" tab: Restoration Design Inc. | Videos & Media Best of luck!

The front end of the 1969 is different in terms of the strut angle and the inner profile of where the strut mounts.
This geometry didn't change until may 1970. ![]() ![]() Last edited by chris_seven; 08-11-2015 at 08:51 AM.. |

I wish those were in highres. Some of the dimensions are too blurry to read..
