Oil Sender Hardware...
I took the 8mm nuts off to replace the oil sender gasket. Behind the nuts are very soft washers that look to deform and seal the bolt holes. These washers obviously need replacing. Thoughts on where to find or what they are? These are not your ordinary backing washers. Not listed on the Pelican site, although I'm sure Pelican can source and ship but don't want to order $2.50 worth of parts and ship across the country.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "oil sender gasket". Depending on the application, you may be able to reuse the aluminum crush washers. Are you talking about the chain box nuts (6mm, 10mm wrench), the breather gasket (on the very top of the motor) or something else?

Chris,
I'm replacing the gasket for the oil sending unit on the oil tank under the RR fender. The old washers were pretty mangled up and can't be reused, so I need to find replacements.

I assume you are talking about the oil level sender cork gasket ... and soft copper M5 sealing rings ...
Try Pelican or Stoddard's

You will need to be more specific as to what you mean by "oil sender gasket". Do you mean oil pressure sender crush washers, oil temp sender crush washer, oil level sender gasket or what.
To make things easier for you in the future try to get a "Parts and Technical Reference Catalog" PNA 000-147 which can be a great resource for issues like this. They run between $9 and $15 usually. Bill W. edit: that shows how slow I type, you already posted an update and got an answer before I typed my reply.

Thanks Ron,
I already have the cork gasket in hand and when I went to replace I found the crush washers held me back. BTW: You use the M5 crush washers?
