Getting windows out paint job...help me decide on color!

Car is an 83 911 but backdated with a a 3.6 motor...so nothing is original. Currently Grand Prix white with blue RS script. Interior is black with newly redone white/black Pascha seats. Wheels are newly refinished RSR style. Attached are some pics of colors I’m considering.

Any other suggestions feel free to add. Just looking for some inspiration!

Thanks!

Color is such a personal thing..... I would do a green, but nothing as flashy as the color you have shown.

That gulf blue RSR has always been one of my favorites saved in my images. As mentioned what are you feeling or leaning towards? My vote if you are willing is something crazy like the gulf blue, Mexico blue, orange, chartreuse or even magenta or something.

Tangerine is amazing in person, Red when it is in the shade and Orange in the sun, it never looks right in a picture.

Viper Green is also a stunner.

What was the original color, I know you said it is not original, but if the original color is a good one... it might be a good choice.

Yeah Gulf Blue was my choice for a week or so, then went back to white which was my original thought. Then thought white was too boring so went to gray, then the chartreuse...you get the picture.

Not 100% sure what original color was but I’m thinking black as that’s what the engine area is colored.

I looked at some Tangerine pics and boy, you’re right, it’s a stunner!! Really like how it can appear to change colors. Pretty cool.

Part of me wants to go crazy like that since it’s an old vintage car...but also want it to be timeless and look good in any setting. I’m stuck!

Not many have the guts nor interest in going some of those colors. I’ve never heard of someone doing it and wishing they hadn’t. I think it’s more likely to be the opposite. I’m sure many many people have decided to play it safe and go white, silver or black and regretted that they didn’t do something more exciting

I like that gray - but how about adding some metal-flake to it?

Of all the colors above, I like the light blue (is that Gulf Blue?). As the owner of a car with an interesting color (Continental Orange) for 26 years now, I can tell you it never gets old. I really like having something "different".

may not be right for you, but I am currently leaning toward Cobalt Blue for my project, 78 930 conversion. thinking of having painter add just a little pearl to it.

in final phase of sanding / cleaning tub for primer and paint.

do something interesting....

pic from someone else.

You have to really want a color change to go through the hassle. The inside of the doors, inside the trunk, inside of the engine bay should all be matching the new color

White, without script would be nice. A warm white maybe.
