86 Carrera Wiper Relay Test Question
I have a 86 Carrera and the windscreen wipers do not work at all. Front or rear.
Fuses are all good, which led me to believe that perhaps the relay in the front compartment has failed. At this stage, I have removed the relay; but need help to figure out if the relay is in fact, the problem. Can I jump certain pins in the harness, to see if the wipers work?

this may help
31 Return wire from battery Negative or ground (direct 86 Input, drive (start of winding) 15a. Output at the series resistor to the ignition coil and to the starter 53. Wiper motor, input (+) 15. Switched positive after battery (ignition-switch output) 31b. Return wire to battery Negative or ground via switch 31 b or relay (switched negative) 15b. Might be pos after ignitions on. Not sure.
