unused 3 pin connector behind rear fuse panel?

Hi there. Im cleaning up the engine bay and noticed a three pin connector that's unused/caped behind the rear fuse panel. It's got one connection to the third fuse on the rear panel, which I think is for the blower motor but I'm not sure. One of the wires goes into the front tunnel somewhere. Any ideas what this unused connector might be for? Thanks if so!

Lambda test port.

Open the cap and there's a 3 pin connector inside.

Where is my Lambda test port wiring?
