I am at 175,000+ on my 85 Carrera. This summer I will add another 5,000 miles on my trip to Southern California.

150K is a good milestone. Celebrate by driving your 911!

Wow, what a coincidence, sort of. Just hit 200,000 this past weekend making multiple 180 mile home and back drives to the Rolex 24. Pulled over Saturday just in time to catch it rollover.

I am the third owner and have had the car since 1998 when it had 29K miles. I have not rolled it back. Been a joy to drive. Would have happened sooner if I didnt have other Porsches to drive.

Wait, that would take over 555 round trips of 360 miles to go 200K.

It seems you (or the previous owner) drive your car.

Congrats on 200K miles. I am 4 or 5 years away from getting there.

I have owned this gem for about 20 yrs. Had about 70K when I got her. She is not a daily driver but I take frequent road trips. Not usually the length of your trips Glen, but 1K-3K type rides. The car can sure make the long hauls easy.

Previous owner put those in. One controls the footwell blowers and the other controls the convertible top electronic releases as the Porsche switch burned out, from what thee Previous owner told me. I have never had a reason to change them as they work.
