1975 Manual seats recline as I drive the car???
So the seats in my '75 are full manual. They also slowly recline as I drive. I have not tried to take them apart to see if there is something I could tighten to prevent this from happening. I searched around but nothing came up. Does anyone have any thoughts on what to tighten up?
They seem to work perfectly fine in other aspects.

Wow no one knows how to take apart or repair 911 manual wheels that have a sagging recline function. Cannot believe this stumped the experts!

Been quite a few years since I had a seat apart, but if you pop out the large covering disc in the adjustment handle the whole mechanism is right there. There is large tin wedge nut, maybe that came loose. Can't remember if there is an actual threaded nut to tighten behind it.

I always assumed it was a Recaro design issue.
My 70 Bronco and the 96 Saleen with LX models, and both Porsches the seats slowly creep back. About once every 500/1,000 miles or so I end up cranking the knob a turn or two.

If you pry off the center cap with a small pick or screwdriver inserted into the indents on the outer ring (knob), you can then remove the knob by holding it while pushing aside the inner steel retaining ring with a screwdriver. I think it goes counterclockwise but it it should be apparent which way to go.
Once you remove the housing you will see how these things work. There are 2 fingers that mesh together to hold the back in place. They may be worn, or you may find you can otherwise tighten the whole mechanism up.. Mine worked fine when I redid my seats so I didn't mess with it.
