Way to tell options on car without window sticker?
How would one tell what options are on a particular car if there is no window sticker? Car is '88 Carrera Coupe.

The easiest way is to look on the underside of the hood. There should be a large white sticker with all the car's VIN's and option codes. If the sticker is missing, that could indicate collision damage (hood replacement), or a re-spray. If no hood sticker, than you can just call Porsche (800-PORSCHE), and hit #3 (Customer Commitment Dept.). Then just give them the VIN, and they can look up the option codes for you. You can then decode them here.
