Brake master cylinder upgrade question

When changing from a 19mm to a 23mm master cylinder, can you use the 19mm mc actuation rod or is it necessary to change to a different rod?
Thanks

yes, You do need a new rod, That's one of the reasons to buy a kit, not a bare m/c

kit

rod

thanks in advance

check w/ our host, otherwise make a rod or buy a kit, Stoddard, Rennsport, VCI et al should be able to supply a kit

I don't know of any one that just has the rod

besides the rod you want the 2 angled feeds and probably the feed hose as well

40 yrs ago when I did mine we also changed the brake light to a mechanical switch off the cabin pedal
