Dang, it must be cool to have a few spare million just sitting around.

That would be a fun toy.

Very cool car.
Weird that he assumes that the car has auto headlights, because it says so on the light switch...
While minutes before he showed a key remote with a button for the trunk on the car that has no trunk...

Something about the way he talks annoys me.

It is weird they did not make a special key just for that car.

That guy is so annoying. I could not watch more than the first five minutes. I hate youtube talking heads and he is the worse.

That said, I fast forwarded and...

Nice car, but show me the motor, show me the suspension, show me the car on the
TRACK!

Cool car.

Worth mentioning, the roof panel is not an "escape" hatch. It's an FIA-mandated hatch in order to stabilize the driver's body (neck in particular I believe) in the event it is needed. There is a board they can insert between the driver and the seat.

It is not meant for escaping quickly.

So that begs the question. What racing series? Club racing? A new series like GT-3 cup? It is a true race car, by all appearances. Seems over the top to have the car meet FIA regs for drivers ed events.

Engine and trans are largely similar to the road car. New software coding.

Suspension is supposedly mostly GT3 Cup, which itself is a modified version of the GT3 road car suspension. Has different brake setup. Don't know if it runs any of the GT3 R suspension components.

It is homologated for a new GT2 series. There is also an R8, and I think some others (Aston Martin? I don't remember). The series was supposed to begin this year, but it will likely be delayed.

While it's probably still homologated for GT2, I think the "935" was intended to be more of a track-day car. IIRC, the usual Motorsport customers did not get a chance to obtain one. The GT2 RS Clubsport was offered to Motorsport customers.

I saw some kind of race with both these new 935's and the current GT2 RS cars. The 935 was faster due to it's aero.
Super cool car for Porsche to be building.
Obviously not everyone can buy this due to the immense cost.

Here's some video of the testing it at Monza.
Pretty quiet if you ask me....but still sounds incredible.
Looks like it's mostly carbon fiber body like the old GT1's.

Could this car run at LeMans? and what class?

This young man is Doug DeMuro. Highly respected for his car reviews. Known for his extreme detail. He owns several great cars and many high end of owners And dealers lend him super cars to review and drive. He is only about 30 and already a You tube millionaire. Good friends with Jay Leno. A while back he bought an 85 911 and gave it a review. Showed all the weird items on the car and loved it.
