87 Carrera has developed a lean
I went into the garage and noticed that my car has developed a lean to one side in the rear (lower on the driver's side than the passenger's side). I can stick 4 fingers between the wheel and the fender on the passenger side and 2 on the driver's side. The suspension was completely refurbished roughly 8 years ago and this happened while sitting as I would have noticed this the last time I drove this if it was there. I will confirm the bolts on the radius arm are still tight - if they are, any guesses as to what would cause this? Bad torsion bar perhaps? I tried doing a search but "leaning" brings up a lot of threads about people "leaning" in a certain direction on a decision.
UPDATE: looking at older pictures, I now think that the passenger's side has raised and the driver's side is the correct height. ![]() ![]()

Take it out and drive a bit and see if it settles back to matching.

What shocks?
It is possible that a t-bar has snapped but far more likely for a gas pressurized shock to fail
