Plug ID
Greetings:
Need help identifying this plug in the engine compartment, (the one with the red arrow). I need to replace whatever it is because its broken and the engine wont start if it is loose. If I'm not mistaken, the one in the middle and the lower one are from the crankshaft reference mark sensor. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. 1986 PORSCHE 911 CARRERA TARGA 3.2 ![]()

Connector.
![]() ^^^^^ I think that may be your CHT harness connector. You may have to replace the CHT sensor with the attached harness/connector. Part #930-606-915-00-M14 I did this on our 3.2. Not sure why your car won't run? Let me have a look around. Gerry pm me as needed.

Ok thanks 86 911 Targa. You just refreshed my mind. I replaced the cylinder head temperature sensor a couple of years ago, but the electrical terminal housing that connects to it is broken. I did some research thanks to your input and found the terminal housing JUNIOR TIMER CONNECTOR-HSG part number A106202-ND from Digi-Key Electronics, and the rubber boot part number A105234-ND. Hope it fits like the factory housing. Will update.

Connector.
That will wok, and will save you the trouble
of replacing the sensor. Best, Gerry

Maybe if the metal clip was still on it would work, 3 years ago.
