Best deal for a 3.4 P&C?

I will be soon dropping my 3.2 Carrera engine to get it turbo'ed and lower its compression (its a PoW engine with high compression), and while I am at it, I thought I would get a 3.4 P&C, now I know these are not cheap but I thought maybe some one got them for a good price.

I will post a build thread soon to document my build, it will fun (and expensive!).

Most cost effective way is to have your jugs bored, and buy new pistons. Talk to Jon at EBS in Reno. They will fix you up.

For a "best deal" it still depends on what you think of as 'best". You can go for "cheap" but I think I'd go for more of a "long term reliability" solution.
I'd be inclined to pop the dollars for the LN Nickies as they should cool better and are stronger for a long life. Once you put the motor together you want it to have the longest life possible.

Research Bored jugs in the engine rebuild forum, some quality control issues coming up as of late. Reason I bring this up is because I myself am looking for 3.4 solutions. I'm leaning more toward a complete P&C kit, even though I have my mahle 3.2 jugs. I might just sell them to someone doing a 3.2 ss. motor instead of bore/replate.

I will go anywhere else to than to EBS after my experience with my failed conversion. BUT if you go there you MUST specify RA finish. 5-7 possibly. I believe new Mahles are just below 5. Consider instead using a well known engine builder. And forget about buying for lowest price. Can be very expensive
