Background as always- 1986 911 3.2 Coupe, now at 162K. The rubbing noise became very apparent about 3 weeks ago, and the new contact (Part #91161352100) solved the issue. On a side note, 10 years ago an independent Porsche Tech said Wurth HHS Plus was the best lubricant for high-performance applications that required a thick viscosity/adhesion (like this horn contact!). He cautioned me it would be a long time before I needed another can. After untold uses, including lubricating the pedal cluster, power window frames, and a myriad of non-Porsche items, that time has finally arrived with the final drops on this horn ring/contact. Unreal. Yes, I realize the insanity of posting about the quality of a can of lubricant, but my God, what a lubricant.
