Gotta take the good with the bad.

The bad:
Body guy found some bad rust at the corners of the back window so some new metal is on order.

The good:
The motor is almost done. Just waiting on my PMO carbs👍🏽👍🏽

Picked up my motor this week. Special thanks to KMW Motorsports for the excellent service and nice work. Can't wait to get it installed.

Haven’t posted any update in a while. I’ve been patiently waiting on the paint and body. Here it is all primed and ready for color.

Thank guys.....
Right now I'm sorting through the stack of boxes of parts I collected over the last few years. I'm also wrapping the fenders and doors to put them in storage to avoid scratching anything while I install the other stuff

I'm local to you so if you ever need a hand I would be willing to help. No experience rebuilding a 911 but I'm good at following directions.

Nice progress as these projects can be so on/off again!

Nice color - Miami Blue?

I've been tempted to scrap the whole thing a few times.

I've had a whole new harness made for the entire car . Just hope it works out for the better as I don't like doing electrical work in cars other than a car stereo.

I've never been able to fit 2 cars in this garage but due to Hurricane Milten I had to try. Thank god Milt missed us however it was an eye opener to do some reorganizing in here. The cars are about 6 inches apart. Can't wait to put some serious wrenching time into this. #hurricanesuck

You too could probably do with a set of wheel dollies. I've got limited space and it would make life easier.

Again, I love that color and are very impressed with what you are achieving.

Thanks Bill....

I'm actually considering getting the dollies. I'm first going to pull out the entire suspension to clean, paint, and refurb it all. Once that's all covered, I'll probably go with the dollies. I actually thought of building a set.

Spent close to 3 hours removing most of the rear suspension. Those 50 year old bolts didn’t want to cooperate. Looking forward to cleaning, inspecting ,and upgrading it all.

Great job so far, and getting close now. It's a long process restoring these cars.

Changing gauge glass and painting trim rings
Of course when I finish the last one there was a tiny dirt speck on the inside of the tach lens. Tried to leave ignore it but couldn’t let it go. Had to take it apart 😂😂

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement lens for the clock?
