rear decklid bumper / buffer / spacer help

I have two euro cars here with the same bumpers on the side rails of decklid.

I am not sure if these are factory or what, but find it weird I have two cars with exact same ones.

Can anyone help me source these?

my car's deck lid seems to have alignment issues where it sits a little lower into the chassis on the right side and actually touches the left fender from it being further over that way. I have tried to align it better with the hinge hardware but I wonder if these little bumpers/guides would help that?

Seems like a simple enough part to make something similar from a block of rubber.
