Pressure Washing Front Spindle - Bearings

So I have my entire front suspension apart to put in Elephant Racing everything, sway away.. new rotors, new struts, new ball joints, turbo tie rods, etc etc etc. The spindle, the dust shield, the bearings, the hubs, are all super filthy, but in good physical condition. Since I'm going to re-grease the bearings et al when I put it all back together - is there any reason I can't pressure wash the heck of out all the pieces out of the car, say except for maybe the brake caliper.. (maybe)?

Cheers

I could see pressure washing the wheel well, but rags, paper towels, degreaser, brake cleaner, scrubbers, all the usual stuff would seem to me to be as quick, work as well, and make a heck of a lot less mess. No reason to get water up the shock dust shield, either.

Since you aren't replacing the bearings, I'd keep water away from them. New dust seals for the spindles?

Brake dust shield? I guess you don't plan on track use?

There’s zero chance simple green and brushes work as quickly as my pressure washer.

Don't put water pressure against a sealed connection, ie tie rod end, ball joint, sperical bearings. Pull the bearings out, and if the grease looks sound, put them aside and then add grease as needed when the reassembly takes place. Or, completely flush the bearings if the old grease appears finished, and regrease them. A per case decision as to the wheel bearings.
