Anyone have steps or guidance for replacing evaporator motor assembly?

My evaporator fan is squealing and squeaking.
New one's here. Is it replaceable by a rookie?

I tried searching but I didn't see any guides.

Also a good time to say how much I love the griffiths AC upgrade.
got all these upgraded. Driving with fan on 1, temp half way and cool and comfortable in houston.

This is much easier with the entire evaporator housing out of the car. However, since you indicate your A/C is working, you don't have the option to remove it without de pressuring the system. So you'll just have to remove the top half of the housing, which contains the motor and blower. The hardest part will be getting the clips on and off. See thread below. Also make sure you are very careful with the delicate thermostat sensing tube when you remove the probe from the evaporator fins. You don't want to break it.
