Lime Rock 6/25:
Overall braking was improved. Bedding the hawk HT10 pads on track was tricky as I did get a little bit of glazing. But I can brake later with good control. 125+ laps that day Rotors showed evidence of heat checking (small cracks). Downside was brake squeal. Fairly loud. 6/27 Thompson: brakes strong, but the brake squealing was even more pronounced as there is a fair amount of trail braking. Squealed in the rain too. In September I changed to Pagid RSL-29 pads. Ran Lime Rock and again braking was very strong without fade. Heading to Big Bend (turn 1) braking from >120mph to 65mph starting at ~350’ for 150+ laps that day. Downside is the Pagid pads squeal too. Swapped in StopTech 309 pads for the street: no squealing Last edited by VFR750; 02-09-2021 at 06:35 AM.. |

Any clearance issue for these when running 15" Fuchs without spacers?

I think the 15” would be ok. Seems the inner barrel of the 15 and 16 are the same.
The pinch point is the small diameter next to the pedals of the wheel. |
