car key replacement
Any inexpensive tips on getting a replacement car key for my 1977 911s ?
Do i need to order from Porsche directly ? How much money does it cost ? Thanks,Peter |

Since the 77 models did not have the modern “smart” keys, I would think a locksmith should be able to cut you a new key assuming you have the original key. You may need to source the key blank from a dealer though.

Any good locksmith should be able to make you one. Don’t go to a big box store and check it before you leave.

Buy a real (or aftermarket) Porsche key blank and go get it cut. Simple.
