Hi,what is the correct black color for 1978 Targa bar.Fred

Whatever color the window trim is. Standard was black. Some were optioned brushed stainless with matching chrome window trim.

I had the one on our 82 painted hotrod black. Looks great. On our 86 hotrod I had it polished and I think it looks killer.

Why not take the Targa tag off and keep its color? You have done the hard part by taking the body off?
