Window regulator question

I have had a problem with the driver side window coming out of the rail. So I applied the rust neutralizer to the rail got the rubber gasket all cleaned up and glued back into the rail with marine adhesive sealant. Got the two wheels installed back in the rail. Before I installed the window back into the rail I just checked the movement of the rail up and down. Seems to be working fine except that one of the wheels keeps on coming out of the end of the rail. The one closest to the door jam. I’m wondering if there should be some stop at the end of the rail that keep the wheels from coming out? Am I missing something? Once the weight of the window is installed back in the rail, Will that keep the wheel from coming out of the end of the rail?

HELP!!

More than likely, from the experience I had with mine, being an SC Coupe, the felt channels in the window frame will guide the edges of the window and it should be ok. My experience here:
