Media blasting (such as glass bead) will certainly remove the corrosion. However, unless you follow that by plating or painting, the corrosion will return in short order. There's nothing wrong with your hubs, mechanically, as they appear. So it's really a choice.

How were they treated or finished when new?

I sand blasted mine and had my coating supplier spray them with Magni.
Should be good for 1000 hrs of salt spray

Since you have them out, you might want to consider using magnaflux to check the integrity of the hubs.

thank you so much for all the suggestions guys! I think I'm going to go with glass bead.
This is off topic but, would any of you know where to buy caliper bolts/nuts? Im restoring my calipers and while i was disassembling them, I stripped a couple bolts/nuts because they were frozen. I posted in the classifieds but, no one replied. Any help would be appreciated! Below is pic of what I'm looking for. thanks! |

Calipers are so cheap these days you could buy one or two for the bolts you need and sell the others at a profit.

Next time. Hold the bolt with a bit and remove the nut. Doesn’t hurt to hit the nut with map gas first for a minute
