‘87 930 - #4 fuse (radio, int. Lights) keeps blowing

Another fuse thread...so #4 (fourth position from bulkhead) for radio, interior lights, etc keeps blowing but only when the ignition key is turned. FWIW, I don’t have a radio and I’ve eliminated the frunk light as culprit by disconnecting. What accessories see power on this circuit with key turned to accessory? I’m assuming all interior lights see power in “off” so those are not the problem (could be wrong in that). Just trying to get a good starting point of diagnosis.

Thanks,
Will

interior lights and #4 fuse

I had a similar issue...
open the interior lights, both sides and separate the wires to ensure that no short occurs.

Thanks David. Will start with the interior lights.

Something doesn’t add up here.
That circuit is constant power, not key on/off
Radio, clock, and interior lights
Can you separate the wires coming off the bottom of the fuse to isolate the circuits?
