MFI belt cam seal leaks
This is a new seal at the MFP sprocket side of the 1-4 cam shaft. Less than 200 miles new and it is still leaking.
What is the secret to make this leak go away?

A thought. I once had a 72 T with MFI. First the rear crankshaft seal leaked then left camshaft seal then forward crankshaft seal. Found oil dilution with fuel caused by the MFI running too rich. Fixed the MFI issues and the leaks stopped. Rob

That's a funky looking seal. Almost looks like the ID doesnt match the cam. Mind you it would be leaking quite a bit if that was the case.
I would try a new seal.

yelcab..what we used to do .Remove the spring from the seal unhook-by twisting counter clockwise ,where it is married together. Then cut off about 3mm and put it back together..by twisting ..that will do the trick
unless you have the wrong seal for 930 pump in it? Ivan

A lot of times the cam has a terrible Grove in it and the seal will not contact correctly. I have used speedi sleeves to fix this. They have many sizes available and you can get them at Napa.
