Particular turn signal problem

Hi,
My turn signals work fine form outside but inside the cluster when I turn to the left or right I get one light blink and nothing more.
I can hear the relay but no more light on the cluster.
I can turn off and turn on as many times as I want I only get the light to blink just once.

I appreciate your feedback.
