WEVO shifter thread size
Good afternoon everyone,
Does anyone know the thread size & pitch for the top of the shifter where the shift knob threads on to? My guess is M14-1.5 Thanks David |

I want to install this but it has no internal threads. I'm hoping to install a Heli coil or time cert.

The WEVO "modern" shift lever has a M6 thread inside.
When I got my Mahagoni custom made prototype 917-shiftknop I JB-welded a M6-hex-head screw inside. works perfekt!

update
Got my shift knob back from the machine shop with the M14-1.5 Heli coil installed inside. The ID of the shift knob was very close to the recommended drill size so no drilling was necessary just tapping with the specified tap and installation of the heli coil.
