RHD a/c options
Anyone with links to a/c options for right hand drive 911's without the large smugglers box for hiding the evaporator?
The right hand drives have the evap in the passenger footwell which I hate (takes up room, noisy, leaks etc). The smugglers box is too small. My evap. coils are pretty shot and the blower motor is seizing up causing wires to overheat causing fuses to blow....I think I need to upgrade but........the Porsche factory price for the evap blower motor alone is over US$250. UK, Aussie, NZ guys - any local websites for 911's worth posting to about this?

I have an after market under-dash unit in mine. It definitely doesn't have the evaporator in the footwell. I'll have a look at it tomorrow and work out where they put it.
Keep the mask on!!
