DME for a 3.0 help

I can get a DME with the harness. Here is a pic. Will this work with my 3.0? Thanks.

That's an O2 computer for the frequency valve, which an 80-83 SC needs to function correctly, powered by a relay that sits beside it.

Well to start with thats not a DME control unit it is a Lambda control unit for Oxygen sensor regulation. 64D is a 930/16 81-83 USA 3.0 SC and would take a 911 617 103 00
The control unit you have pictured is for 86-89 930 USA car and will not work on your engine.

You need the 037 or 055 I believe.
