Who can do a PPI in Miami (2020)?

I see a lot of older posts on the forum about PPIs in Miami. A lot of folks recommend Scott Finlay and Luis from European Auto.

Chatted with Scott on the phone. Really nice guy, but he said he doesn't do PPIs anymore since the situation can get kind of hairy between buyer-seller-PPI shop. He said there's been too much drama in his past experiences.

For European Auto, I'm having a hard time contacting them. I only reached out them this morning so maybe they're busy and have a big backlog of inquiries.

I've heard that in general, Miami is kind of a tough region for a PPI because a lot of shops are wary of liability concerns. Has anyone had a PPI down there, and have had a positive experience? Would love a recommendation.
