Rear Window Defrost Wiring help

Guys,

Here' my deal. I have a rear window defroster that used to work and now doesn't in my 84 Targa. In checking around the system it appears that it wasn't wired back up correctly when the window was put back in last year at the body shop after some extensive repairs to the car. The glass is wired correctly inside the car and the wires run down into the engine compartment to the relay console. The issue I have is the 3 bus fuse block on the side wall only has one wire running off the top fuse block that feeds the defroster (right side). There's no wire feeding the opposite side (left side) of the fuse and I don't see a loose wire floating around anywhere. Where does that wire come from, the relay or the wire harness? Or am I just stupid and there isn't suppose to be one? I stole someone else's pic and added a text message showing the missing wire. My car is different but the fuse block is the same.

I don't know if this is much help but here's a picture of mine. It recently went on the blink along with the rear wiper auto parking thingy.
