72t Ac

I have a monster compresser on my car.
I beleive it to be a york, but it is larger than others I've seen.
It is converted to 134 and there is no space to connect both leads as the 134 connecters are larger than the old type.
Has anyone else had this problem.

At present I had it evacuated and charged with 2.5lbs but the mech could not measure the high side so he was reluctant to go higher. He did not have data for a 72, does anyone know the original R2 charge for Dealer Air on an early car.
Thanks

Jeff
