Cockpit cover for Targa
I'm interested in finding a cover for my Targa which will protect from the windshield through to and over the rear window, giving sun protection as well as unexpected light rain protection. I'm considering a Covercraft unit :
https://www.covercraft.com/us/en/vehicle-covers/interior-covers?uv-protection=%5B5%20TO%20*%5D&common-color=Tan&rain-protection=%5B4%20TO%20*%5D&layout=grid&soft-touch=%5B4%20TO%20*%5D Does anyone have any experience/comments about it, or other suggestions? Thanks, Jason

Put the Targa top on and roll up the windows. If you are concerned about the interior fading, a cloth inside would do the job.

Sun is some serious $hit in my neck of the woods, we worry more about cracked dashes and faded interiors than mold & mildew
Seriously though, I purchased a cab cover years ago (for my coupe) and use it on hot summer days when the car will be parked for a few hours. Not only does it prevent having to remove the windshield to replace the dash it also keeps the car quite cool inside. The windows are lowered several inches and the material breathes. Everyone has an opinion but I'm the one that will take the hit if the dash cracks. I'd rather take the ribbing for being over protective.

I bought the Kadooria Safe View Half Car Cover Top on Amazon a year ago and for $30 was impressed with the quality and durability. It's reflective on the outside and fleece-like underneath. I see it's currently unavailable on Amazon but I'd put it on a notification list. I tie the front nylon ribbons in my Fuchs and the rear to the fender brace. It's quick on and off.
