1976 911 BITZ EFI Fuel Pump cut-off?
Hi
My pump doesn't stop after 5 seconds if the engine isn't started, the pump is really noisy so I wonder if it has run dry at some point in the past. Before I replace the pump I want to make sure the cut-off is working correctly. Most of the old CIS wiring in the engine bay has been removed, I believe the feed wire from the Megasquirt to disable the pump is a pink cable. The MS box is under the front seat, it may be easier to take straight to the fuel pump relay in the frunk? If so how / where would I terminate it please? Cheers, Jack |

Should be a brown/black wire connected to a brown/red wire on the floor of the trunk near or behind the fuse panel that is terminal 85 of the fuel pump relay. You connect it there, replacing the one coming in to the single connector.

Or, if the pink wire is still in the bundle going to the rear fuse panel area, there is a single brown/black wire with connector below/beside the rear 14 pin connector. (Same wire as up front) just connect there.
