How Do I Remove Speaker in Dashboard?
Hello:
I was wondering if anyone can tell me the proper way to remove the speaker (specifically, the speaker grill) in the dashboard of my 1973 911. I tried a search, but came up with nothing. I am brand-spanking new to this forum, so I may have done it incorrectly. If this subject has been covered before, maybe you could direct me to the thread. Thanks! Greg

Thanks. Usually when I try prying something off I find out too late that there was another way to do it.

Greg, no problem in asking...a post I read some time ago, a guy said that Radio Shack sold a speaker that would fit, with a little modification.

You don't want an original speaker anyway. I have a NOS speaker and the sound quality is horrible.
