CIS Test Results - Suggestions?

Background:
- Car was driven pretty regularly and was flawless. Sat for a few months this past summer when cold start problem started.

Symptoms:
- Cold start runs for 5-10 secs, stumbles and dies (unassisted)
- Repeat with same result
- Can provide throttle assist to keep it going, and once warm can drive off fine.

- O2 sensor disconnected
- Decel disconnected and plugged


1. Year of engine: 1982
2. US or RoW (Rest of World): US Stock
3. WUR model number: 090
4. Ambient temperature at time of test (in degrees C): 10C
5. WUR Resistance (in Ohms): 25
6. System Pressure (in bars): 5.2
7. Cold Control Pressure (in bars): 1.8
8. Warm Control Pressure (in bars): 4.0
9. Time delta for Cold -> Warm Control Pressure (in minutes & seconds): 4min.
10. Residual Pressure @ 5 min (in bars): 2.2
11. Residual Pressure @ 15 min (in bars): 2.1
12. Residual Pressure @ 30 min (in bars): 2.05
13. Residual Pressure @ 60 min (in bars): 1.3

When mine sat waiting for a headliner it wasn't the CIS but the fuel head that got a bit clogged with gas with no stabil in it.... had to run it hard with injector cleaner.

Agree with Reiver. My 930 sat for 2 years while the body guy jerked around with it. When we got it back it ran terrible. My mechanic went through every part and as a last ditch Hail Mary sent the fuel head for cleaning rebuild. The engine then started on first crank but would idle rough. He was stumped. I brought the car home and low and behold just driving it cleared things up. Runs great now.

Thanks for the feedback.
I would like some thoughts as to whether my 090 WUR cold control pressure of 1.8 bar and warm pressure of 4.0 bar are within spec or somewhat on the high side before I put it back together and off the lift and run some fuel additive through it.
