Who makes an 83 replacement dashboard

I’m looking to replace a cracked dashboard. I’m getting the windshield replaced so thinking this would be the best time to do it. How hard is it to do with the windshield out?

Well - for the SC - the windshield HAS to come out - so that doesn't make it any easier - it just makes it possible. I've looked under my dash - and some of those fasteners look like a &^(*^ to remove.
