Waynes strange way of supporting his 911

See how wayne supports his 911 on the halfshafts or banana arms?

I think you are wrong.

He is working on the suspension and needed to align a few parts so the jack stand is holding the wheel at the desired height.

He is using the tire under the sump plate to support the rear of the car.

I think the strangest part is that apparently Wayne holds his pinky out like the Queen taking tea when he holds his wrenches.?.

He was passing gas...hence the strange smile and extended pinky.

Just a couple of observations:
How does Wayne heal toe with those feet of his?
Wonder if he is related to Leno!

You new guys. You wouldn't believe the pages long debate we had over that 911 and the Pelican when Wayne first designed it. Where should the jack go? What year 911? Should the Pelican have grease on it. Should the Pelican even be on the logo? Do a search and I bet you will find the thread!

The pelican's awesome!

If Wayne made a nice sticker/decal of that maybe the size of a business card I'd buy a couple and sport the pelican.

He does.

Order parts and you'll get one or two in the package for free. I'm going to put mine on my magnetic auto-x number plates

I think Wayne has the tire under the engine sump plate just in case the jack stands should fail. He does look buzzed!

you guys don't have your 3-d goggles on...the tire is clearly in front of the car, not directly underneath.

And he's not buzzed...just tired from staying up late completing his new book: 101 projects for your Abarth.

Still, does anyone know where the Pelican came from, not sure I've ever heard that story...

Oh, man! Hilarious!

But seriously, my wife was wondering how the name "Pelican Parts" came about - I told her it was because they were located (sort of) near the beach.

Right or wrong? Anyone know?
