remove front panel heating control '86
is there a way to pry off the plastic front panel of the heating/ventilation control WITHOUT removing the whole mechanisme? As shown, the knobs are off already.

As group911 stated, the plastic face cannot be removed. To remove the entire assembly, take a look starting at post #57 in this thread:
