Not enough room for master cylinder with aluminum front cross memeber
Hello fellow Pelican,
I need help with installing 23mm master cylinder on my 1971T with 911.341.101.01 aluminium front cross member. I don’t t have enough room for the master cylinder. ![]() ![]() Last edited by aceyk; 07-12-2021 at 07:59 AM.. |

looks like you might once its in and seated, may have to temporarily move cross member till you get master on the studs, otherwise its grinder time..

Inlet lines would hit the bellow from turbo tie rods even if master cylinder is installed, so maybe needs smaller size master cylinder?

They do fit, at least on a '76
here's mine ![]() The other alternative is an '86 VW Corrado MC
