Another annoying Spark Plug question
Sorry folks, to pester you with this one. But I am confused on what I should be running.
I will be running (1968 911L, stock 2.0) stock Bosch distributor, but with Pertronix, stock coil, stock plug wires. Nothing fancy here. However, the plugs that are in my car are Bosch W9DC. According to Pelican/Stoddard/others, they don't even list W9DC. WR5DC+? W3DPO? I am gathering parts for a spring tune-up and am not quite sure what to order. Would love to know what others are running on the early 2.0 and at what gap (given pertronix) Thank you |

Bump - anyone running Pertronix on an early 2.0? What plugs/gap have worked well for you?
Thank you! |

Originally calling (from tech spec booklet) for the old Bosch heat range classification 200W to 225W which would be NGK heat range 6 and 5 respectively. I would start with NGK BP6ES or cross referenced equivalent. If fouling has been an issue then BP5ES.
