4 gas analyzer recommendation

I need a recommendation on a 4-gas tail pipe analyzer to tune an MFI, and others. Something $500 (new or used). Does anyone have a suggestion?

I once picked up an obsolete analyzer from a gas station that let its smog license lapse.....free.

Like Joe Bob said, look for an obsolete smog machine if you need a 4 gas. If you can get by with a 2 gas, try Craigslist for a regular old exhaust gas analyzer.

The thing with old smog machines is that they're practically worthless when they get outdated. But if you have to buy one, make sure that you see it in action, as ANYTHING will cost $$ to repair, and if you just open it up and try to fix it yourself, you'll get a "Tamper lockout" message on it where it might not even let you use it as a gas analyzer.

I have an old Sun MGA 1400 that still works. Like to update to an Opus 40D if I can find one overseas. Made in The Netherlands.

That's the one I have! Even the little printer still works (not the correct date and address info of course, no idea how to change that )
