A while back a bought a Carrera tail and decklid for my '79 SC. The car originally had a tail, so I found one I could afford I picked it up. My personal preference is the Carrera style tail, so it all good.

The tail and decklid were already separated which was a good thing and helped me to get it home. Now it is time to put the tail back on the deck lid and I don't know which bolts and washers I need. I assume the tail assemble is complete, so I only need the hardware to reattach it to the decklid.

Based on the diagram, I think it is either #16 or #29.

I’m in the process of refreshing my tea-tray tail on my 1980 911 SC – I think I may have an aftermarket #24/ spoiler deck as I don’t have the #37 – grill #47 air guide – as shown in the illustration

#29: 900 119 091 02 - Pan-head screw M6 x 15 / #28: 999 507 328 02 – captive nut

My #24 spoiler deck is affixed to the rear engine lid #23 via nine loose washer tapping screws anchored by captive nuts
