Oil Cooler Seals & TSB Question

Cleaning up the oil cooler to add seals (green viton) but would like someone to have a look at these pics and advise if I need to do the TSB as well.

I can’t see the cast-in pipe, it looks as if it is completely sealed by aluminum with no cracks or voids.

The outside looks like there is a void, but couldn’t get my camera in there to take a pic.

Would appreciate an experienced opinion here, thanks!

Edit: 84 Carrera

you can apply some JB weld but in your case you have later model of 911 so it is sealed..put the year and model in your signature so people will know what are you asking about and for..

Strange, all of my posts usually display a signature...

My car is an 84, I thought this was included in the TSB?

The Technical Service Bulletin that is referred to quite often on this forum.

Not sure why my Sig line sometimes doesn't show up. I have one setup in my control panel, and the box is checked to "Show Your Signature" when I post.
Just went back and turned them on manually...weird.
