Heck, I’m only 5 not 71!

Help identify this part.
I thought I knew everything about the parts that are on my car because in early 2000 I took it completely apart and put it back together. After an engine removal/install I found this laying on the shelf between the engine mount and the front of the engine bay after a test drive. Granted, I do not have all the heat duct work and heat fan assembly back in the car. Can anyone give me a clue on where this part goes. I’m thinking it a support ring for the left side heat duct shroud that connects to the corrugated tube going to the heat fan.

You´re right, it goes inside the left hand heaterduct.
