singer style mirror

We have a customer that purchased a set of singer style mirrors for his 911 Targa. Problem is that he bought some that are non adjustable from the interior. Any one have a lead on a conversion kit to make them adjustable? TIA

Remove the glass in one piece (if possible), install some sort of ball joint mount behind the glass?

Eat your heat out with this-price of a full set of expensive tires for each mirror.

Anyone have any feed back on the installation of the cheaper version that is non adjustable from the inside? I saw a set of these in Birmingham Michigan this AM at Pastiners.

I’m liking the looks of whatever mirrors Theon Design is using and wondering if they would work with my Targa’s opening vent windows. Regardless the look pretty cool. I seem to recall Achtungkraft may have been making some new vintage inspired mirrors as well.

I love all of the Achtungkraft stuff but the mirror is too bulky

I have a set of the Achtungkraft mirrors that use the existing flag mirror holes. It's easily the most elegant solution for the giant holes Porsche drilled in the door. And Bryan just gave me new driver mirror glass that has an updated convex - it's perfect now.

As for "singer style" 1/4 window mount mirrors - I know he is close to releasing a version of his own...

Our new 2.0 mirrors are going to also be available with mounting to stock glass wing windows and will shave about 1 more pound from each mirror. We had custom convex glass made so the view works great now, and we sent new glass to all our 1.0 customers around the world on our dime. Lots of great stuff coming soon from us. Love the innovation happening across the world for our cars!
