911 Turbo wiring diagram help needed

There are numbered boxes in the diagram I do not know.
See 15,2,3 etc. in the picture. They have multiple wires passing through.
What do they signify?

Those are splices. If you notice, one wire comes in and then it splits off to many wires all of which have the same color. Somewhere in the beginning of the wiring schematics, it will give you the location of that splice.
