				Red black combo gauges

Hi, my oil pressure gauge was not working on my 76, never worked. After some troubleshooting, figured out the sender is bad too. After replacing the sender the gauge still didn't work. From a forum member i bought a new gauge (red face and 80s something) and while this gauge works it seems l need to get sender that matches the 5 bar gauge. Mine is 10 bar originally. Is this also the case with the temperature sensor? do i need to change that? i'm not too big on the single red gauge, i do like the fact that it works and i can read the oil pressure on the engine.

couldn't you move the guts of the new gauge into your old gauge, replacing the parts in the old gauge that failed?

The standard 0-140 pressure gauges are the same as your 0-10 Bar so I'd look for another gauges and swap the pressure module. Do a search, I thought I saw just the pressure module for sale on Pelican or eBay.
