1984 3.2, actual horsepower when new

I have a 1984 3.2 Targa with the 930-21 engine (sticker say 93021-64E).
I was pretty sure this is a 207hp engine, however, i just saw that the owner manual states:

Net-horsepower, SAEJ1349: 200 hp / 149kW at 5900 rpm

Anyone know how the 207 hp / 152kW was calculated?

The 207hp is measured using the DIN standard which is measured at a higher pressure and lower temperature than the SAE standard that gives the slightly lower 200hp reading.

To expand on the above,
930/21
Max engine power to DIN 70020: 207HP
Max engine power to SAE J 1349: 200HP

both @5900

Max torque to DIN 70020: 260NM
Max torque to SAE J 1349: 251NM/185lb-ft

both @4800

207 in a Carrera = dog's bollocks
180 in a lighter weight SC is just the dog part.
