speedometer
so my speedometer wont workon start up but will work after car worms up
took apart to grease cable but guess what no cable suggstions? |

Speed sensor on the transmission is located on the passenger side of the transmission just forward and slightly above the axle flange on the transmission. It's a round piece about 1" in diameter. The wires enter the center tunnel and there's a connector near the shift coupler. Start by checking connections then consider speed sensor.

If it's working when it warms up there is a good chance that you have a bad connection or bad ground.
As Nick suggested, check the connections in the tunnel and also check the connections on the back of the speedometer. If everything looks good then search for the thread on testing your sender.
